Donation Packages
With a Donation of $10:
- You will be honored with your or your child’s name on a beautiful handmade heart placed on the “Sharing & Caring Hearts” wall at the center.
With a Donation of $15:
- You will be honored with your or your child’s name on a beautiful handmade heart placed on the “Sharing & Caring Hearts” wall at the center.
- The heart will also include an individualized message.
With a Donation of $25 or more:
- You will be honored with your or your child’s name on a beautiful handmade heart placed on the “Sharing & Caring Hearts” wall at the center.
- The heart will also include an individualized message.
- Plus, a child receiving services from the PVHC will receive a heart and a small gift from the donor.
Donation Instructions
After you selected one of the donation packages listed above, feel free to make a donation to PVHC by Phone, Mail or PayPal.
Make a Donation by Phone
Call Peace Valley Holistic Center at 1-215-887-9901. A PVHC representative will be happy to take your donation or answer any questions you may have regarding the fundraiser or about services offered by the center. The best time to call the center is between 2-5pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Make a Donation by Snail Mail or Email
You may send a check or money order to Peace Valley Holistic Center at 224 Old Limekiln Road, Chalfont, Pa 18914.
Be sure to include “Sharing and Caring Hearts Fundraiser” and your name, address and phone number, plus the name you wish to appear on the heart.
With donations of $15, please include a brief message you would like to include on the heart.
With donations of $25 or more, please include a brief message you would like to include on the heart. Also, include the name of the child who you know who receives services from PVHC. If you do not know a child that receives services from the center, please specify that you would like the center to select a child for you. You will be sent a receipt via mail.
Please Note: You may email your donation request with your contact information to info@peacevalleyholisticcenter.org, but do NOT email your credit card information. A PVHC will contact you regarding your payment.
Make a Donation by PayPal
- Click the button at the top right.
- Enter the amount you wish to donate, and click the update button.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Click the “+” to the left of “Add special instructions to the seller” link. As seen in the following image:
- Enter your information in the expanded text field as shown in the following image:
- Be sure to include “Sharing and Caring Hearts Fundraiser” and the name you wish to appear on the heart.
